Group Class Policy

Group classes are open to and based on particular skill levels unless otherwise specified.

We Kindly Ask All Parents to Drop Off their children to foster a quiet and focused learning environment for everyone.

Respect for instructors and fellow dancers is paramount. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. All students, and parents/family are expected to behave respectfully within the studio and classroom setting. If parents or students are repeatedly disruptive, teachers reserve the right to ask them to leave/sit out for the class. Multiple incidences of misconduct may warrant a request to leave the studio.

Payment for group classes is due in advance (monthly) or at the beginning of each class session.

Participants are expected to arrive on time.

Attire should be comfortable and appropriate for dancing. We recommend wearing dance shoes appropriate for the style (ballroom/ latin).

Class schedules and instructors are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

Group class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Any questions or concerns regarding an individual student or dance couple will be addressed one on one with the owners outside of the scheduled class time(s)

Students are encouraged to makeup any missed group class sessions by joining an additional class in the following weeks.

Prorations are not offered for missed classes in the next month as rates are based on reserved spots in a class over a yearly tuition rate.

Private Lesson Policy

Private lessons are scheduled based on instructor availability.

Private Lessons refer to 1 instructor with a maximum of 2 students in a shared studio space.

Payment for private lessons is due at the time of booking or at the beginning of the lesson.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Private lesson packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled lessons. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson time.
Semi Private Policy

Semi-private lessons are scheduled for a small group of participants. (3-5 participants)

Payment for semi-private lessons is due at the time of booking or at the beginning of the lesson.

Semi-privates for Kids are $40pp and Adults $45pp
-
All participants in the semi-private lesson must agree on the lesson time and dance style.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance by all participants to avoid a cancellation fee.

Participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled lessons. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson time.

24 Hour Cancel
Policy

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class or lesson time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class or lesson time will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the class or lesson.

Cancellation requests made within the 24-hour window must be made directly to the studio via phone or email.

In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of the studio management. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations.
